Siraj al-Din al-Warfali

 Libyan poet and novelist whose works have been translated into English, French, and Kurdish. He has won several awards, most notably first place in the Siklma Poetry Competition in Libya (2017) and first place in the Afifi Matar Poetry Award in Egypt (2018). His published works include (“Five Coffins for Six Men”) (2018), (“The Charisma of Death”) (2018), and (“I Watch Rembrandt then Listen to the Fading of Things”) (2020). His poems were also published in the anthology of prominent young Arab voices, (“How Many Lungs for the Coast?”) (2020).
